Fire and Dough was launched by owner/chef Nizam Suliman — who has cooked since he was 13 years old — after immigrating to Cleveland in 2013. His vision with Fire and Dough: to bring fresh, daily-made dough, traditional Middle Eastern recipes, and a diverse menu of pizzas, pies, and other dishes to North Olmsted.
